About this opportunity

As our Customer Solutions Team Leader, you’ll lead, coach and inspire the Customer Retention Team to deliver exceptional business outcomes for our customers and SilverChef. You’ll take ownership of customer retention performance, ensuring your team delivers creative and effective “save” strategies across end‑of‑contract solutions, returns, payouts and upgrades. You’ll also handle complex customer needs, provide coaching, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and success. This position will be based at our Head Office in West End, Brisbane and is available for commencement in January 2026.

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team to achieve retention and save targets
  • Coach and empower your team to deliver personalised customer experiences
  • Drive strategies for end‑of‑contract solutions, upgrades, and renewals
  • Build strong internal partnerships to ensure operational excellence and growth
  • Manage complex customer needs with creativity and commercial acumen
