If you’re someone who loves people and naturally brings positivity to a space, this is the perfect role for you. We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and self-motivated Concession Manager to take the lead in our GANT x Myer pad.

This role is ideal for someone who’s upbeat, welcoming and genuinely enjoys helping customers feel great—whether that’s through styling, connection, or creating an enjoyable shopping experience.

You’ll report to the Regional Operations Manager and be the go‑to person responsible for the day‑to‑day success of the pad. You’ll mostly be working solo, supported by a small casual team, so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable taking ownership and keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Create a warm, engaging and welcoming atmosphere for every customer

Build natural rapport—connect easily, listen well and help customers feel at home

Deliver exceptional service with confidence, positivity and genuine enthusiasm

Keep the pad looking beautiful through strong presentation, merchandising and organisation

Manage daily operations with ease and reliability

Prepare simple weekly reports and communicate regularly with your Regional Manager

Build rosters and ensure the pad is always supported by the right people

Build friendly, collaborative relationships with Myer team members and neighboring concessions

Support onboarding and training when needed

Previous retail supervisory or management experience (fashion or department store experience is ideal)

Someone who thrives in a hands‑on role and enjoys interacting with people

A warm, confident communicator whose comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations

Confident with basic admin, presentation standards and day‑to‑day store operations
