Zusammenfassung

Swissquote Bank SA is seeking a Compliance Assistant for Private Onboarding for a three-month contract to support AML/CTF and tax compliance tasks within the Compliance Department. You will review private client onboarding requests, contribute to internal memos, and assist in regulatory projects, helping optimize onboarding processes.

You will provide guidance to Front Office and management on compliance matters, and participate in reviews of key clients.

Qualifikationen

• Review client account opening requests for private clients from an AML/CTF perspective (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB).
• Review tax compliance requirements, including FATCA and CRS (Automatic Exchange of Information).
• Contribute to the drafting of internal memos and procedures.
