Are you a Case Management Team Leader or currently a Team Leader ready to take the next step in your career? Do you have a passion for setting up people for success?

The RAES Site Manager is responsible for the "on the ground" delivery of the RAES contract. It is a diverse role that focuses on managing stakeholder relationships and mentoring local staff members. You will work closely with a range of community and government stakeholders to maximise employment opportunities and provide a high level of support to job seekers who must participate in the RAES program. The position is based in Gapuwiyak, Arnhem Land, NT and is not a FIFO role.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the RAES contract on the ground.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Mentor local staff members.
  • Collaborate with community and government stakeholders to maximise employment opportunities.
  • Provide high‑level support and guidance to job seekers participating in the RAES program.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a site manager.
  • Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence.
  • Expected annual base salary.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment medical check.
