Zusammenfassung

The Gregor Mendel Institute (GMI) IT department in Vienna BioCenter is seeking a Cloud & Identity Engineer to manage Entra ID, Azure AD, and SSO across the environment. You will implement and secure authentication, enable enterprise app integrations, and shepherd identity governance.

Responsibilities include onboarding apps, troubleshooting federation issues, and collaborating with security and infrastructure teams to ensure maintainable, scalable identity solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience with Entra ID and Azure AD administration.

• Solid understanding of SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and related protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting authentication and federation issues.

The role focuses on Entra ID, advanced identity features, enterprise application integrations, and single sign-on, ensuring that authentication, authorization, and application access are set up securely and reliably. • An annual gross salary starting from € 65,000 (approx. € 4,643 gross per month, paid 14 times a year), with a willingness to pay more depending on your professional qualification and experience.
