Masimo Medical Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a field-based Medical Device Sales professional in Austria to drive growth in patient monitoring solutions.

You will accompany trial orders, train clinicians, demonstrate products, and build trusted customer partnerships on-site. The role requires healthcare experience, hospital process knowledge, and a commercial mindset. Fluent German and good English are essential, with a valid Category B driving license.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accompanying applications (trial order of measurement parameters and products) in the field of non-invasive patient monitoring at the customer's site

• Establishing and developing a long-term and trusting partnership with customers

• Manage the full sales cycle, including account qualification, product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, negotiations, closing and post-sale follow-up.

• Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities for Masimo's portfolio of patient monitoring technologies.

• Work closely with the Country Manager to achieve agreed clinical and commercial objectives

• Training of clinical and nursing staff in the company's own training center or in hospitals

• Product presentation in workshops, at trade fairs and congresses

• Documentation and forwarding of customer feedback in the CRM system

• Collaboration with national and international teams such as Customer Service, Marketing and Technical Service

• Traveling in the assigned region at least 50% of the working time

Requirements:

• Background in healthcare or a clinical/medical field, such as nursing, paramedicine, or similar.

• Medical understanding and knowledge of hospital procedures

• Previous experience in medical devices, clinical support, clinical sales or healthcare sales.

• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and support complex sales processes

• A confident and personable appearance allows you to win people over

• You enjoy developing solutions for customers as part of a team

• Fluent in German and good Knowledge of English

• Valid Category B driving license
