The Role

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering STAFFLINK’s cutting‑edge platform and operational solutions to our clients. You’ll work closely with agency leaders to:

  • Analyse their current systems and identify efficiency gaps
  • Roll out STAFFLINK’s technology and processes
  • Integrate offshore support
  • Provide training and ongoing guidance

This role suits someone with either a Property Management or a Sales Administration background who loves process improvement, innovation, and helping others succeed.

About You
  • You have real estate experience (Property Management, Sales Administration, or Operations)
  • You’re comfortable with technology and enjoy learning new systems
  • You’re confident communicating with clients and guiding them through change
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
