MADx – Macro Array Diagnostics GmbH is seeking a Head of Product Management & Marketing to shape the future of the MADx portfolio and drive sustainable growth. You will lead Product Management and Marketing, translating customer needs, scientific innovation, and commercial objectives into a winning portfolio and go-to-market strategy.

As a senior leader, you will guide cross-functional teams, define lifecycles and roadmaps, own product launches, and align R&D, Sales, Regulatory, and leadership

Qualifikationen

• Extensive leadership experience in Product Management, Marketing, or senior commercial role within Diagnostics, MedTech, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
• Proven track record of leading portfolio management, product launches, and growth strategies.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with ability to translate scientific content into compelling value propositions.
• Experience operating in complex international and cross-functional environments.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

• Develop and execute the global product portfolio and marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead and develop Product Management and Marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Define portfolio priorities, lifecycle strategies, and long-term roadmaps.
• Drive portfolio decisions based on science, market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Own global product launches and commercialization of new products and services.
• Translate messaging into campaigns and go-to-market activities; collaborate with R&D, Sales, Regulatory, Quality, and Leadership.
