Novartis is seeking a Head of Ethics, Risk & Compliance (ERC) to lead Russia ERC strategy, risk governance and integrity initiatives in a highly regulated pharma environment. This role partners with senior leadership to embed ethics into culture, translate global standards into practical controls, and build a high-performing ERC team.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in ERC or related regulated settings, strong systems thinking, and a proven ability to influence executives while driving

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years in ERC or regulated environments with mastery of ABAC, DPDAI, COI and local regs.
• Demonstrated systems thinking and data-informed program leadership.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record in culture change, speak-up enablement, and ethical leadership.

Aufgaben

• Set the ERC vision and strategy for Russia aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Design programs, controls, and governance with feedback loops and metrics.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, monitoring, and reporting to strengthen controls.
• Oversee SpeakUp processes and remediation following investigations.
• Build trust with regulators, stakeholders, and industry bodies.
