Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced change management professional to lead the change agenda for strategic, transformational projects. You will partner with senior leaders across functions and geographies to drive adoption, set change strategies, and ensure readiness and impact across end-to-end processes.

The role requires 5+ years in global change programs, strong stakeholder influence, and familiarity with change management frameworks.

This assignment is limited till 31st December 2029. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic change management professional to join our MEU Transformation & Strategy Team. As part of the MEU Transformation & Strategy Team, you are responsible for leading the change management agenda of strategic, transformational & cross functional projects throughout the entire change process. You will work directly with leaders across functions and geographies driving transformation in our organization by analyzing complex business changes and translating them into practical activities that ensure readiness and adoption.

What you need to know about this position:

• This role will report to the Regional Change Lead MEU and will work directly with Project Leads.
• Leadership without formal authority should be part of your skillset.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Change management certification preferred, but not required.

Travel requirements: Infrequent, as needed for project and team meetings.

Work schedule: Hybrid

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from :3,984 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
