Zusammenfassung

Myer Group is seeking a Regional Manager for Apparel Brands across Victoria. You will lead five iconic brands—Just Jeans, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Portmans and Dotti—over 12–14 stores, coaching leaders and driving performance in a centre-based model.

Reporting to the State Retail General Manager, you’ll manage store managers, optimise wage and productivity, and develop high-performing teams through strong recruitment and leadership development.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading multi-site retail teams.
• Background in apparel/fashion retail preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and data interpretation.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and inspire Store Managers to meet sales, profit and customer experience targets.
• Improve wage, productivity and cost control through operations excellence.
• Build talent pipelines via recruitment and leadership development.
• Analyze store performance data to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Conduct store visits and performance reviews with store leaders.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand execution.
• Partner with Loss Prevention to minimise shrinkage.
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with values.
