Our client is an international IT service provider supporting its worldwide operating subsidiaries with IT Systems. Due to the great business development and the constant demand for customized system solutions the developer team is being expanded. We are recruiting for the position “Business Analyst (m/f/d)” for a permanent, full-time employment in Vienna.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

• Responsible for the implementation and further development of a complex payment solution application
• Analyse workflows and use cases and their effects on the system landscape
• Definition of system specifications/requirements as a template for their implementation
• Promote innovations and forward-looking
• Keep an overview and also identify mismatches and improve processes

IHR BACKGROUND:

• You have experience in Requirement Engineering in big environment
• You are experienced with collecting and organizingRequirements - together with the System Architect
• You have sufficient technical knowledge to be able to adapt and recommend improvements in the tooling and requirement process
• You have experience in Process Management
• You speak excellent English
• You have good understanding of Agile Development and Requirement Life Cycle
