Axess, the leading platform for ski, stadium and exhibition center industries, is seeking a Business Analyst. You will elicit, analyze and document requirements from stakeholders across ski resorts, stadiums and parks, translating challenges into functional specs and user stories.

You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers and UX designers to ensure feasible, user-centric solutions; participate in workshops; monitor projects and provide data-driven insights to guide decisions.

Qualifikationen

• HTL for Technical Informatics or a comparable degree.
• Able to hold both business and technical conversations.
• Gained some experience with requirements engineering methods and tools (JIRA, Confluence, draw.io) in agile environments.
• Strong analytical thinking with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient German and English; able to lead international meetings.
• Clear and concise communication, even with technical topics.
• Collaborative by nature, share knowledge and support team dynamics.
• Active participation or interest in winter sports is a plus.

As a Business Analyst at Axess, you will take care of the following:

• You elicit, analyze and document business and system requirements from internal stakeholders and customers across multiple industries: ski resorts, stadiums, attraction parks and more;
• You translate complex business challenges into clear functional specifications, user stories and process maps that guide our development teams;
• You work closely with product managers, software engineers and UX designers to ensure that solutions are feasible, user‑centric and aligned with strategic objectives;
• You participate in workshops, interviews and review sessions to make sure everyone is on the same page and uncover improvement opportunities;
• You monitor and guide ongoing projects and provide data‑driven insights and analysis that helps make decisions.

Your profile

• You have completed the HTL for Technical Informatics or a similar school, or you hold a degree in a comparable field;
• You understand software development processes and can hold both business and technical conversations;
• You have gathered some first experiences with requirements engineering methods and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, draw.io) and agile environments;
• You have strong analytical thinking, you are thorough in everything you do and have a hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset; you don't wait for problems to solve themselves;
• Your written and spoken German and English are at a professional level; you can lead international meetings with confidence;
• You communicate clearly and concisely, even when the underlying topic is technically complex;
• You are collaborative by nature, share knowledge generously and contribute positively to team dynamics;
• Active participation or interest in winter sports like skiing is a plus.

Due to legal requirements, we state that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position, according to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry, is EUR 38,183.60 gross per year based on full-time employment. What matters most to us is your personality, professional expertise, and commitment. We offer an attractive compensation package that is individually tailored to your qualifications and experience and is significantly above the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry.
