Zusammenfassung

HENKEL CENTRAL EASTERN EUROPE GESELLSCHAFT MBH sucht eine engagierte Praktikantin bzw. einen Praktikanten im Bereich Category Management und Shopper Marketing.

Sie arbeiten an konkreten Projekten mit direkter Ownership im internationalen Umfeld und unterstützen die Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen. Sie sind aktuell BWL-Student/in, verfügen über solide MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel, und kommunizieren sicher auf Englisch.

Qualifikationen

• Aktiver Studierender der BWL mit Fokus Marketing/Vertrieb.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Teamfähigkeit sowie eigenständige Arbeitsplanung.
• Internationale Arbeitsumgebung und selbstmotivierte Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft mit Übernahme von Teilprojekten im Category Management sowie Shopper- und Trade-Marketing.
• Arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld mit täglicher Zusammenarbeit über Ländergrenzen hinweg.
• Beitrag zur Sichtbarkeit und Attraktivität des Henkel-Sortiments.
• Unterstützung der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Gesamtstrategie in Category Management und Shopper Marketing.
• Analyse von Shopper- und Marktdaten und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für überregionale Entscheidungen.
• Aktive Abstimmung mit lokalen Country-Teams und Funktionen in Europa.

What you?ll do

• Active involvement in daily operations with the opportunity to take ownership of individual projects in Category Management as well as Shopper and Trade Marketing
• Working in an international environment with daily interaction across multiple countries and cultures
• Contributing to the visibility and attractiveness of the Henkel assortment
• Supporting the implementation and further development of the overall strategy in Category Management and Shopper Marketing (including analyzing shopper behavior and paneldata as well as preparation for internal and external meetings)
• Analyzing shopper and market trends to derive business recommendations and shape cross-country strategic decisions
• Active communication with local country teams and functions across Europe

What makes you a good fit

• Active student of business administration with focus on marketing/sales; first practical experience is a plus
• Firm knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English language
• Good team player with ability to plan work and set priorities
