Zusammenfassung

HSH Chemie sucht eine versierte Buchhalterin bzw. Buchhalter (m/w/d) zur eigenständigen Abwicklung der Buchhaltung und der Debitoren-/ Kreditorenbuchhaltung am Standort Großweikersdorf.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Steuerberater zusammen, verantworten Umsatzsteuer- und Jahresabschlüsse, sowie Reporting. Neben einer flexiblen Arbeitszeitgestaltung bietet das Unternehmen Weiterbildung, ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld und Benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Fokus auf Finanzen/Buchhaltung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position, idealerweise im Bereich Rechnungswesen und Umsatzsteuern (UGB).
• Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen, Zahlungstermingeregelung
• Durchführung von Bank- und Kasseabstimmungen, Bildung von Rückstellungen
• Erstellung von Umsatzsteuer-/Import-USt.-Erklärungen, Meldungen und Abschlüssen in Abstimmung mit dem Steuerberater
• Unterstützung bei Analysen, Berichten und Audits sowie Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung
• Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Logistik und Service zur reibungslosen täglichen Abwicklung

Bookkeeper / Financial Accountant (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• In this role, you manage all incoming as well as outgoing invoices ensuring all bills are paid on time

• Therefore, you verify and carry out payment processes, keep track of any outstanding items, reconceal open items and maintain our master data

• You take over the reconciliation of bank and cash accounts including the creation of accruals and provisions

• In collaboration with our external tax advisor, you prepare and submit Intrastat declarations (monthly and yearly), tax declarations, statutory reports and related filings, ensuring compliance with VAT, import VAT, corporate income tax, municipal taxes, payroll requirements, and EC Sales List requirements

• You process travel expenses and credit card transactions, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and handle various accounting entries (e.g., accruals, reclassifications, and deferrals)

• For our local management and the holding, you prepare reports and analysis including financial reports, sustainability metrics, commission tracking, and documentation for internal and external audits

• Additionally, you support our customer service and logistics colleagues when needed, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly during periods of absence

• Further tasks and projects are possible, e.g. implementing new financial software and optimizing existing processes, preparing financial statements and advance VAT returns for our external tax advisor, fleet management and administrative tasks

Your profile:

• You successfully finished your commercial education with a focus on finance, bookkeeping, taxes or comparable and worked at least 3 years in a comparable position

• Thereby, you gained extensive experience in applying VAT and commercial law regulations (UGB)

• Furthermore, you demonstrate a strong affinity for numbers as well as Excel and good team collaboration skills

• You prefer working independently, reliable and precisely, with a proactive hands-on mentality

• Your strong affinity for digital tools combined with prior experiences with different financial software (e.g., Exact, Business Central, MS Dynamics, MS Navision), ideally also with a software shift is an advantage

• Additionally, you demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English language

• You are available to work at least 25 hours per week and are open to international travel for a minimum of three days per year
