Zusammenfassung

Work Selection AG is seeking a Biospecimen Specialist for a 12-month assignment in Rotkreuz. You will join the Biospecimen Acquisition and Management (BAM) team and manage end-to-end biorepository activities to fulfill customer specimen requests in line with regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities include processing, registration, shipment, returns, verification, and inventory searches in a validated environment, with coordination across permitting agencies and safety teams.

Qualifikationen

• Life science Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1–3 years in sample acquisition, data management, or biobanking.
• Experience handling biological specimens and willingness to work with potentially infectious material.
• Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and LIMS or similar systems.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2).
• Vaccination against Hepatitis is available.
• Ability to lift 10–15 kg.

Aufgaben

• Biorepository: manage processing, registration, shipment, returns, verification, retrievals, and inventory searches in a validated environment.
• Lead end-to-end project and biorepository management to fulfill customer specimen requests.
• Coordinate with permitting agencies, import/export compliance, and local Safety and Biorepository Teams on permit requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness within changing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain LIMS data and ensure compliance with GxP principles.
