Bio-Techne Corp. is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to contribute to the backend of our digital pathology software. You’ll help evolve architecture, optimize image rendering and analysis, and collaborate with engineers and scientists in R&D.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1+ years of object-oriented programming in C++ and/or Python.
• Experience with OpenGL and/or Qt is a plus.
• Experience in computer vision / image processing is a plus.

• Develop the backend of the digital pathology image analysis software.
• Optimize image rendering and navigation for the workflow.
• Contribute to the image analysis workflow architecture.
• Participate in software QA activities such as unit testing and documentation.
