Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification.

• Enthusiasm for complex server and data architectures.
• Good problem solving and fast learning in a dynamic product environment.
• Fluent in German and English.

• You will further develop the core systems behind our product and actively shape our backend architecture.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and REST APIs using Kotlin, Spring, and Gradle.
• Model and continuously optimize the performance of our relational database systems (SQL).
• Work closely with the frontend and AI teams to ensure clean integration of interfaces and reliable implementation of business logic.
• Security as an integral part of the architecture (Secure by Design).
• Contribute to shaping our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Actively participate in the agile development process and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• Experience developing backend applications with Kotlin, Spring, and Gradle
• Solid knowledge of relational database systems (SQL)
• Experience with collaborative development processes and version control (Git)
• Enthusiasm for complex server and data architectures
• Strong problem‐solving skills and flexibility in a fast‑paced product development environment
• Good communication skills and a willingness to continue learning
