CSL Plasma Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Statistical Programming to lead development and maintenance of statistical programming capabilities ensuring regulatory obligations are met. You will collaborate with the Director and statisticians to deliver high-quality programming for trials and for CROs/FS providers.

In this role you will mentor staff, drive automation and AI-assisted methods, and ensure CDISC standards across projects within timelines and budgets.

Qualifikationen

• 9+ years of experience in clinical and/or statistical programming in CRO/pharma using SAS.
• Strong understanding of clinical programming standards and processes.
• Advanced experience with SAS macros and CDISC standards (CDASH/SDTM/ADaM).
• Proven ability to work independently or in a team and meet timelines.
• Experience in cross-functional, multicultural, international project teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and implementation of complex programming for CDISC datasets and outputs.
• Oversee CRO delivery or in-house programming of data sets and DDT files for trials.
• Mentor programmers and provide feedback to managers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with programming processes and project timelines.
• Promote automation and use of advanced programming tools, including AI.
