Leadership & Operations:

Roster and coordinate departments like a pro

Open and close the venue with military precision

Train, motivate, and coach your team to greatness

Conduct fortnightly one-on-ones with team members

Manage maintenance schedules and equipment standards

Guest Experience:

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with finesse

Create celebration experiences that become cherished memories

Manage COGS and stock like a boss

Reconcile daily takings and work within budgets

Monitor profit margins and drive financial performance

Safety First:

Oversee all health and safety protocols

Manage accident reporting and analysis
