BJAK is seeking a Product Manager to own areas within its AI Stockbroking platform. You will define problems, scope, metrics, and launch plans, collaborating with engineering, design, data and business teams to deliver features that simplify financial journeys.

Ideal candidates have fintech product experience, strong prioritization, and the ability to move fast while learning after launch. This remote role is Austria-based, with English as the working language.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in product management or owner roles in fintech or financial services.
• Ability to translate user problems into clear product direction and roadmaps.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, data, operations and compliance.
• Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post-launch learning.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with stakeholder management.
• High ownership and capability to drive work with limited guidance.
• Experience with fintech, payments, consumer apps or high-growth products is a plus.
