Zusammenfassung

OMICRON electronics GmbH in Klaus, Austria, seeks software engineers to research, prototype, and apply modern AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and workflow orchestration. You will design, develop, and maintain AI-powered tools and workflows, turning ideas into production-ready solutions and automations that enhance internal processes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• One to three years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Willingness to work from our office in Klaus, Austria, for at least six months during onboarding, with potential relocation to Madrid.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, and modern AI development frameworks and tools.
• Good software engineering skills, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Basic understanding of agent architectures, tool calling, context management, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong curiosity about AI and willingness to learn new technologies with a practical, hands-on mindset.
• Good communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and creating an impact through responsible AI.

Aufgaben

• Research, prototype, and apply modern AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and workflow orchestration.
• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered tools and workflows, turning ideas and prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Build AI applications and automations that improve internal business processes.
