Jobtailor seeks a data science professional to craft innovative AI solutions for clients, focusing on generative and agentic AI adoption and scalable production deployments.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate data into actionable insights, deliver precise analyses, and work with leading companies on real-world AI applications. The role requires frequent travel and strong communication in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Economics/Business
• Proven or at least 2–3 years of experience in data science
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning
• Strong understanding of generative AI (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation)
• Initial exposure to agentic AI and LangChain/LangGraph
• Proficient programming in Python or R
• Experience with Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Experience with data aggregation tools (SQL, Spark)
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, vector/graph databases is a plus
• BI and visualization tools are preferred
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred
• Ability to deliver precise analyses and solve problems in collaboration with clients
• Willingness to travel for projects
• Ability to work independently
