Job Description
We are looking for a German speaking Account Relationship Manager to join our team in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you will be responsible for building personal relationships with high-value and high-potential clients. Your main goal is to be the primary contact between the company and the customer, communicating via telephone, emails, and live chats, ensuring the customer feels comfortable discussing issues including responsible gaming, bonuses, revenue, and source of funds.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with allocated players
  • Ensure regulatory requests are completed when required
  • Drive growth and revenue to build loyalty to the brand
  • Conduct responsible gambling and AML interactions with customers
  • Identify potential new customers via analysis and reporting
  • Handle customer issues and disputes to ensure customer value
  • Influence player activity to maximize retention
  • Communicate effectively with the team and customers
  • Coordinate with the hospitality manager for events and customer engagement
  • Work shifts (9am – 6pm / 11am – 8pm) and attend at least one weekend per month

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in account management
  • Industry experience preferred
  • Proven safer gambling relationship management skills
  • Interest and knowledge in online gaming (sports and casino)
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary
