A luxury goods organization based in Dubai is seeking a MEA Logistics Supervisor to manage logistics solutions across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. This role will lead the logistics team, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive logistics experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic and diverse work environment.

Qualificações

  • Minimum ten years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Luxury business or a Logistics Provider.
  • Fluent English spoken and written; knowledge of Arabic, French or Italian would be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customs operations and import/export regulations.

Responsabilidades

  • Establish the local warehouse in Dubai FTZ, applying new storage solutions.
  • Create and run the local transport network.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and customs requirements.
  • Monitor performance and costs to meet targets.
