Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable HR Generalist to independently manage the HR function for a workforce of 50-80 employees including office staff operations and blue-collar workers. This role is responsible for overseeing all core HR activities such as recruitment onboarding employee records payroll coordination compliance with UAE labor law and employee relations. The ideal candidate is hands-on organized and capable of handling the full employee lifecycle while supporting company culture and operational goals.
