Al Barkah Real estate is looking for passionate Real-estate Agent with the relevant experience in Ajman-UAE. Interested candidates must speak English and Arabic and available in UAE. for the interview,
- Client assistance:Guide clients through the entire process of buying, selling, or renting a property to meet their goals and needs.
- Market analysis:Research market trends, property values, and economic factors to advise clients and help determine competitive pricing.
- Marketing and advertising:Create and implement marketing strategies, promote properties through various channels, and manage online listings.
- Property showings:Schedule and host property viewings and open houses for potential buyers or renters.
- Negotiations:Present purchase offers, mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers, and prepare offer and purchase agreements.
- Documentation and closing:Prepare and review real estate documents, such as purchase contracts and leases, and assist clients through the closing process.
- Client management:Build and maintain a database of clients and property listings, and nurture relationships through exceptional service and networking.
- Continuous learning:Stay up-to-date on local market conditions, zoning laws, and real estate regulations.
- Answering phone calls, Messages and emails.
- Scheduling appointments and showings.
- Updating property listings.
- Drafting and delivering documents.
- Conducting property inspections.
- Developing and maintaining a strong client network.
- Collaborating with team members and other agents.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
- Valid driver's license with Car (Optional)
