Job summary

True Zero Technologies (True Zero) seeks an experienced ZScaler-focused professional to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade ZScaler environments. The role includes integrating ZScaler data with SIEM and leading tests and troubleshooting during implementations and operations.

Applicants should have 2+ years of hands-on ZScaler experience, strong networking and cybersecurity knowledge, and ideally familiarity with ZIA/ZTA/ZPA/ZDX and related tools. Clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ZScaler for deployments or support.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience with ZIA/ZTA/ZPA/ZDX is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise ZScaler deployments using True Zero's Success Methodology
• Deploy ZScaler ZIA, ZTA, ZPA, and ZDX for large enterprises
• Integrate ZScaler data with SIEM platforms or other data aggregation tools
• Lead testing and troubleshooting during implementation and ongoing operations
• Facilitate or escalat
• Provide routine status reports and executive briefs for customer leadership
• Perform discovery and scoping of engagements and present statements of work to prospective clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ZScaler as a solution architect, technical consultant, or support professional
• Heavy requirement for ZPA experience
• Certified ZScaler Delivery Specialist or Sales Engineer (or willing to become one)
• Solid knowledge of network and cybersecurity fundamentals
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise networks and cybersecurity practices
• Understanding of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols, and SSL
• Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools like Wireshark
• Ability to be cleared if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, and OKTA
• Network and Security Certifications
• SLED (State, Local, and Education) experience
• Experience with Tanium, Splunk, Crowdstrike, CRIBL, or GitLab
