• Student Advisor / Admissions Counselor: Managing a selective portfolio of 25–30 international students through Zenith's end-to-end framework, ensuring elite execution from self‑discovery to university enrollment.
• Orientation & Self‑Discovery Alignment: Partnering deeply with individual students to analyze their personal strengths, evaluate emerging macro industry patterns, and match their skills with long‑term degree tracks before formulating university application shortlists.
• Application Strategy & Dossier Development: Guiding students through the macro application lifecycle, designing tailored submission strategies, advising on personal statements or essays, and checking dossier compliance.
• Final Execution & Transition Support: Leading students across the finish line by managing university offer letters, supporting final institutional decisions, and tracking logistics for successful relocations.
• Parental Engagement & Relationship Building: Communicating directly with families, earning the absolute trust of parents, and delivering transparent, high‑clarity progress assessments with absolute integrity.
