We areseeking a highly motivated and experienced Yacht Charter Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of yacht charters, from initial client inquiries to flawless event execution. Your background in hospitality, events, or nightlife management will be a valuable asset in creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of yacht charters, including client communication, booking confirmations, itinerary planning, and menu selection.
• Oversee the preparation and provisioning of the yacht for each charter, ensuring it meets the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury.
• Supervise the yacht crew, ensuring their professionalism, attentiveness, and adherence to guest requests.
• Manage onboard events, parties, and gatherings, coordinating with vendors and ensuring seamless execution.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, finances, and operational details.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management, events management, nightlife management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid UAE residence visa or willingness to obtain one (preferred).
• A passion for the yachting industry and luxury lifestyle (a plus).
• Experience working in Dubai (a plus).
• Understanding of F&B operations and menu planning (a plus).
• Strong working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for yacht operations (a plus).
• Competitive salary in the range of 10,000 - 14,000 AED per month (based on experience).
