Job summary

SLB is seeking a WS Field Engineer - WIS to maintain safe, efficient PSD service delivery for customers in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering accurate work, executing services, and driving continual improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships.

You will participate in risk analysis, support technical programs, and lead quality and safety initiatives, wearing PPE and adhering to CAT and wellsite inspection standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field engineering experience in PSD/service delivery.
• Experience executing service delivery to customer and leading quality improvements.
• Experience with HSE and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Execute service delivery to the customer.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance via CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and drive improvements.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and follow HSE policies.
• Maintain required safety training.
• Provide backup to Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
• Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.
