Qualifications

• BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching in the Primary phase.
• Strong understanding of Primary curriculum and age-appropriate pedagogy.
• Willingness to collaborate and share outstanding practice.
