Job summary

Fly Dubai in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Workshop Support Associate to provide operational, housekeeping, material-handling, and logistical help across multiple workshop areas, following safety procedures.

You will assist technicians, prepare work areas, handle materials, and ensure cleanliness and organization. Fluent English, a High School diploma, and preferred aviation support experience are required or advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Experience in a workshop, industrial, or aviation support environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office preferred.
• UAE Driving Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and certified staff with workshop support activities.
• Prepare work areas and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Assist with safe movement, loading, unloading, and positioning of components.
• Support cleaning and preparation of items for maintenance.
• Handle components and tools carefully to avoid damage or loss.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workshops and storage areas.
• Keep walkways and emergency equipment clear of obstructions.
• Clean tools and equipment after activities and return to storage.
• Assist with material handling and disposal per procedures.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to authorised personnel.
• Attend safety trainings and follow company procedures.
