Job description

Wealth Management Advisory is embedded within the Front Office of the Wealth Management with a reporting line to the Head of Wealth Advisory, which in turn is part of the Wealth Management division. Investment Advisory Group is the linking element between Wealth Management client, Relationship Managers and Product Experts. Their main responsibilities include assessing the clients’ risk profile, identify suitable products and combine both into an investment portfolio for the client which is regularly monitored and reporting on. The Investment Advisory Group’s target is mirroring the Non-Funded, investment related Income budget of the Division

Roles & Responsibility
  1. The Investment Advisor Helps a team of BB Relationship Managers from Junior to Senior grades and resumes full responsibility for the Investment Advice and related work being carried out by the team members. While liaising with key clients and the Relationship Managers directly, the position holder also assumes quality assurance tasks for its team members. The team members tasks include:
  2. Increase Investment Assets under Management - Investment advice covers single names (equity, fixed income) in addition to funds, structured products, direct investments and derivatives, and Discretionary mandates
  3. Efficient Client Investment Account Management-Verify that Advisory and Execution trades are properly executed and reflected in Advent
  4. Performance analysis and reporting- Analyze positions, asset allocation, suitability and propose investment switches or new ideas
  5. Increased and enhanced client interaction with EI- Act as a second direct contact for investment clients, the IA ensures that more client contact occurs more often
  6. Efficient team oversight and development
Education & Skills
  • Professional - BA/MA in finance-related field
  • Min. 7 years financial experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Investment Experience
  • 3-5 years Private Banking experience with investment bias
