Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or Production Supervisor in Windows & Doors / Aluminium / uPVC manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication and production processes.
• Experience managing production teams and meeting project deadlines.
• Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred Location: UAE Industry: Aluminium / Windows & Doors Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
• Manage the manufacturing of aluminium/windows and doors.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timeline.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, warehouse, and installation teams.
• Manage production staff, allocate tasks, and monitor employee performance.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce material wastage.
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Maintain production schedules, reports, and inventory requirements.
• Ensure workplace health, safety, and quality standards are followed.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
