Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Shovel Operator in Ready-Mix Concrete, construction, or quarry environments.
• Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification preferred.
• Experience operating wheel loaders and material handling equipment.
• Good understanding of equipment safety and preventive maintenance checks.
• Basic English communication skills; UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loaders/shovels to transport and load aggregates and raw materials.
• Feed batching plants with required materials according to production schedules.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report defects or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of loading areas and work zones.
• Follow site traffic management and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with yard operations and material movement as required.
• Coordinate with plant operators and production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
