Responsible for welding and fabricating parts in accordance with specific instructions from their supervisor. The welder will be required to read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, operate heavy machinery, and perform welding tasks with minimal supervision. This position requires an individual who is able to work independently or within a team environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and understand job specifications
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, lathes, and grinders
• Measure accurately using precision tools
• Cut various materials to size using saws or other cutting tools
• Weld components together following exact specifications
• Ensure welds meet quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area
