About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Welder in our organization, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling metal structures and components using various welding techniques.

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques to join metal components and structures
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine project specifications
• Set up welding equipment, including selecting appropriate tools and materials for each job
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications
• Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Identify and report any issues or potential improvements in the welding process
• Assist in training junior welders and apprentices as needed
