Standard Chartered invites applications for its Wealth & Retail Banking Internship Programme 2027 in Dubai. Over 10 weeks, interns work on real business challenges and gain exposure to product offerings, clients and an international network.

You will receive a structured induction, mentor support, and opportunities to learn from senior leaders while contributing to projects across Affluent Banking, Wealth Solutions, Digital Banking, and Bancassurance analytics.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year student eligible to intern in June 2027 and start full-time in July 2028.

Responsibilities

• Take part in real business challenges and develop future-ready skills.
• Gain insight into how we support clients, facilitate trade and finance growth.
• Work with mentors and senior leaders across our global network.
• Engage in structured induction, technical and behavioural skills development.
