Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a hands-on Waterproofing Technician with 2–3 years of experience to perform torch-applied bituminous membrane systems at various sites in Dubai. The role requires following drawings and specifications, maintaining high safety and workmanship standards, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Experience with cementitious, liquid, PU waterproofing is advantageous. Immediate joining is a plus for projects at construction sites across the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in waterproofing works.
• Hands-on experience in torch-applied bituminous membrane waterproofing.
• Able to follow approved drawings, specifications and site instructions.
• Must maintain quality, workmanship and safety standards at site.
• Physically fit and willing to work at construction sites.
• UAE construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation, primer application, membrane installation, detailing and protection works.
• Knowledge of waterproofing works for roofs, basements, wet areas, foundations and tanks.
• Able to carry out surface preparation and primer application.
• Follow approved drawings, specifications and site instructions.
• Maintain safety and quality standards at site.
