Job Responsibilities

• Operate washing machines and dry‑cleaning equipment to clean clothes, linens, uniforms and other fabrics.
• Sort and classify laundry items based on color, fabric type and cleaning method.
• Pre‑treat stains and perform spot cleaning using appropriate chemicals and methods.
• Ensure proper usage of detergents, solvents and other cleaning agents.
• Dry, fold and iron garments and textiles as required.
• Inspect cleaned items for damage or remaining stains and take corrective action if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area and equipment.
• Follow all health and safety standards and company policies.
• Report any malfunctioning machines or equipment to the supervisor promptly.
• Handle customer items with care and attention to detail.

Key Requirements

• Minimum X years of experience in laundry or dry‑cleaning services (preferred).
• Familiarity with industrial washing and dry‑cleaning machines.
• Basic knowledge of different fabric types and appropriate cleaning techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving laundry loads.
• Good communication and team‑working skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications
