Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a dispatch and warehouse coordinator in the United Arab Emirates to plan and manage container, air, and road shipments. The role ensures loads align with schedules and customer requirements, while maintaining accurate stock and pallet records.

You will work with production, planning, engineering and logistics teams, support container stuffing, and uphold safety and quality procedures across all warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily dispatch activities for container, air, and road shipments.
• Ensure all shipments are loaded in line with dispatch schedules and customer requirements.
• Prepare and issue gate passes for all outgoing shipments.
• Verify shipment quantities, packing details, and dispatch documentation prior to vehicle release.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, transporters, and freight forwarders to ensure timely dispatch.
• Manage storage of packed pallets and finished goods in the warehouse.
• Allocate and maintain accurate storage locations for all packed pallets.
• Update pallet location details accurately in the VRAK system.
• Track pallet movement from production, packing, storage, and dispatch stages.
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, and traceability of all pallets.
• Monitor warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and support stock reconciliation activities.
• Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance during storage and dispatch operations.
