Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage large teams (30+ members) and outsourced resources.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies, TAPA, and SIRA standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage team schedules, shifts, and manpower allocation.
• Oversee goods receiving, tallying, and putaway processes.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and liaise with sales operations.
