Warehouse Receiving Clerk – Restaurant Operations

As Warehouse Receiving Clerk you will support the smooth daily flow of our restaurant’s back‑of‑house operations. This role ensures that every delivery is checked, recorded, and stored correctly, helping the team maintain quality, efficiency, and full control of stock.

Your day to day
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries (quality, quantity, and condition).
  • Record goods in the inventory system and flag discrepancies or damaged items.
  • Organise, label, and store products according to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Support stock rotation (FIFO) and ensure storage areas remain tidy and compliant.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly stock counts.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen, purchasing, and suppliers when issues arise.
  • Manage returns, replacement requests, and delivery documentation.
Who are you?
