Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and activities.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Organise warehouse storage and handling.
• Prepare delivery notes, goods receipt notes, stock reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and other departments.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage procedures.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock to management.
