Job summary

Work standard in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations, oversee stocking, order fulfilment, and shipping/receiving while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with inventory management systems, strong staff leadership, and excellent English; Malayalee language also acceptable. Visa and ticket support are provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and organizing warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
• Native Malayalee speaker or excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including stocking, order fulfillment, inventory control and shipping/receiving.
• Monitor warehouse staff performance and ensure they adhere to safety regulations.
• Ensure efficient utilization of space and resources in the warehouse.
• Track orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Liaise with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, purchase new supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse premises at all times.
