Job summary

A logistics services provider in Dubai is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure efficient inventory management. The candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain and have at least 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems is essential. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.

Job description

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance
• Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs and safety standards
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, procurement and sales teams
• Oversee timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet delivery schedules
• Manage stock audits, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Track KPIs (order accuracy, OTIF, stock loss, warehouse efficiency, etc.)
• Handle maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and health & safety guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• 5 years of warehouse management experience (FMCG experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Proven leadership, planning and decision‑making skills
• Hands‑on experience with inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Knowledge of HSE standards in warehouse operations
