Job summary

JobLeader invites applications for a Loader position at our busy logistics facility in El-Ain, India. You will load and unload cargo, secure items, and maintain accurate records of cargo movements to support on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar loader role preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and be physically fit.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo onto trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Organize cargo according to delivery route or specifications.
• Ensure items are secured and wrapped to prevent damage.
• Track loaded items using inventory lists or scanning systems.
• Communicate with truck drivers to ensure timely loading/unloading.
• Follow safety regulations while operating equipment.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
