Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated in Dubai is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support loading/unloading, packing, and order preparation for delivery or pickup. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and follow safety and quality standards daily.

The role requires familiarity with RF scanners, WMS, and SAP in a fast-paced warehouse, with attention to detail and ability to work under supervision and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Basic understanding of inventory handling and stock control.
• Experience using RF scanners, WMS, or SAP is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand product labels, picking documents, and warehouse instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and checking stock during shipping and receiving.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Perform warehouse inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
