Job Overview

IIQAF Group is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and store operations within our Hospitality division in Dubai. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and issuing hospitality supplies, ensuring smooth operations for hotels, restaurants, and service units.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality warehouses, hotel stores, or food & beverage supply operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store hospitality goods, consumables, and equipment
• Pick, pack, and issue materials to hotels, kitchens, restaurants, and departments
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock cards, and system entries
• Assist with stock counts, audits, and reconciliation
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO practices
• Support loading and unloading of deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in warehouse areas
• Coordinate with procurement, F&B, and operations teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate, Store Assistant, or Storekeeper
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, or F&B warehouses preferred
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
• Ability to handle manual work and repetitive tasks
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel or inventory systems)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling food items, beverages, or hotel supplies
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
